Ordering

Please place your order at least 5 days in advance. Review your order details carefully, including the product, quantity, flavor, size, personalization, and requested delivery date. Orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

For custom cakes or special requests, we will confirm design details and pricing before production begins.

Prices marked “Starting at” are base prices. The final price may vary depending on the design, customization, and complexity of your request. Please contact us to confirm pricing for personalized orders.

Payment

All orders require a 50% deposit before we reserve the production date.

The remaining balance is due on or before the delivery day. Online payments are processed through the secure payment options available at checkout.

If you cancel your order, your deposit will be forfeited.

Changes

To request a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Changes depend on how far along we are with your order and whether ingredients or decorations have already been prepared. We will confirm whether the requested changes can be accommodated and whether they affect the final price.

Delivery Details & Timing

We offer delivery only, serving the greater DC metro area.

Please contact us directly before placing your order to confirm delivery to your address, delivery fees, and timing, and to set up your delivery arrangements.

Delivery is coordinated individually. Your home, workplace, or another mutually agreed location can be discussed when arranging your order.

Custom Designs

Photos shared for inspiration help us understand the look you want. Handmade decorations, colors, and finishes may vary slightly from a reference image. We will discuss any major design changes with you before completing your order.
